A Reminder to Our Canadian Friends

http://cshf-us.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/canadian-flag-heart.jpgWe would like to remind our many friends from Canada who support our efforts through volunteering, visiting, or contributing that we are able to offer legal tax receipts for your donations through our Canadian partner foundation, Stevenson Ministries Foundation – New Beginnings, which is a Canadian non-profit charitable organization.  Janet and Andy Stevenson share our passion for children and their families in the Puerto Vallarta area; their contributions to this community through New Beginnings are appreciated by all of us. They work directly with the Sendero program which is housed at the New Beginnings facility in the Bosque de Progreso neighborhood (site of the old dump), offering educational, vocational, nutritional, legal and medical assistance to children and families living in extreme poverty.  In addition New Beginnings accepts donations for RISE and passes those funds on to Children’s Shelter of Hope Foundation for use as you have designated.
Canadian checks should be made out to Stevenson Ministries Foundation – New Beginnings, marked in the memo area of the check as “Back to School”, “SOS”, “10 X 10” ,“RISE” “SENDERO” or whatever project you select for the donation, and mail it to their new address:

New Beginnings
53105 Hwy 21
Sherwood Park, AB
T8A 4T7

Please be sure to include your name, address, and email so that a tax receipt can be sent. You can also donate via PayPal using the information found on their website – www.newbeginningsmexico.org

Or you can make deposits directly into the TD bank account, as instructed on their website, as long as you send an email with the date and amount of the deposit to Janet and Andy at andyjanet12@hotmail.com.

Pass this information on right away to your Canuck friends who may be interested in participating in our sponsorship programs or making a donation to Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza or Sendero de Esperanza y Amor to help the children!!

Thank you!!!
